1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SAGA Hamburg Monitor Bot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a real-time notification tool that monitors publicly available real estate listings from SAGA Hamburg, Immowelt, and ImmoScout24 and sends automated notifications to users via Telegram. The Service is designed to assist users in discovering rental listings promptly.

Disclaimer: The Service is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by SAGA GwG (SAGA Hamburg), Immowelt Group, ImmoScout24, or any government or municipal housing authority. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or placement of apartments.

3. Subscription and Fees

To use the Service beyond the trial or free features, you must purchase a subscription plan. All fees are in Euro (EUR) and are charged on a pre-paid basis. Our plans include:

  • 7 Days Trial Access: €15.00
  • 30 Days Standard Access: €70.00
  • 90 Days Extended Access: €190.00

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must manually purchase a renewal to extend your access period.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell, distribute, lease, or sub-license the Service or any data received from the Service to third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or hack the infrastructure, web servers, or Telegram bot operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Service, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to the failure to secure a rental apartment, service interruptions, database errors, or API changes of third-party platforms (like Telegram, Immowelt, or ImmoScout24).

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
