Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You can stop using the Service and request removal of your Telegram notifications configuration at any time. Our plans do not auto-renew, so you do not need to cancel active subscriptions to prevent future charges. Once a subscription period ends, the Service will automatically stop sending notifications unless you choose to make a new manual payment.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access delivery, we generally do not offer automatic refunds once a payment is made and the subscription has been activated.

However, we value our customers and handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Service Downtime: If our scraper or server experiences severe technical downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours during your active subscription.
  • Accidental Double Payment: If you paid twice for the same subscription period due to a payment gateway error (the extra amount will be refunded in full).

3. Trial and Refund Exclusions

Please note that we offer a 7-day trial period for a small fee (€15.00) so you can evaluate the speed and convenience of the bot alerts before purchasing longer-term standard plans. We do not provide refunds for the €15.00 trial unless there is a complete service failure.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please send a request to our support via Telegram: SAGA Monitor Support or email support details. Please provide:

  • Your Telegram Username or Chat ID.
  • The date and time of your payment.
  • The receipt or invoice number from Paddle or PayPal.
  • The reason for your refund request.

All valid refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
